Storyline

✪ Previously:
Nathan has rewritten reality using a mysterious artifact. Morgane is no longer the tall, wealthy influencer known as “Goddess Luna”, standing 185 cm / 6'1" tall. Instead, she’s now just a humble 134 cm / 4'5" barmaid (144 cm / 4'9" in high heels). Laurie (Nathan, Morgane, and Matt’s mother) has dropped Morgane off at the bar for her very first shift before heading to Matt’s football game. So, Laurie won’t be back home anytime soon.

✪ Now:
Meanwhile, Dominique (Laurie’s childhood friend) stays at home with Nathan and Judith (her daughter, and Nathan’s girlfriend). Dominique is extremely strict and refuses to leave the two alone: she doesn’t want her daughter having sex before marriage. This increasingly frustrates Nathan, who can no longer stand the constant surveillance. He feels Dominique is ruining his relationship with Judith by stifling it, even though they’re both adults...

This chapter 3 is divided into two distinct parallel narrative arcs that begin here and will conclude in the next chapter, which will likely merge into a final arc in a potential fifth chapter.

• Dominique's and Judith's arc: The Fallen Icon - At home (240 pics)
  Celebrated supermodel, Dominique reigns over a world where her height, beauty, and aura command respect. She’s just reached a major turning point in her career: one that’s about to propel her onto the international stage as the face of a prestigious fashion group. But Nathan has had enough of Dominique. He decides to take matters into his own hands by secretly shrinking her once, subtly enough that she doesn’t even notice. But just those few missing centimeters are already enough to turn her whole life upside down... Then, he shrinks her a second time... much more drastically. Dominique’s reality is rewritten entirely. Her entire world collapses. Her status, her place in people’s memories, even her own life story: everything is reshaped and rewritten to fit her new, reduced size. She is now trapped in a new present where she has never been a supermodel... completely at Nathan’s mercy. He wants to punish her, and send a clear message: to leave him and Judith alone. He will only restore her normal height and life if she finally understands and accepts, once and for all, to let them live their lives in peace. And beyond that, Nathan doesn’t entirely rule out shrinking Judith a little too... just for fun...

  Morgane is working at the bar for the first time. She’s forced to “play the game” imposed by Nathan, or else face even harsher punishment. He could reshape her body and her reality into something even more humiliating.
